Lost property

For all lost property enquiries, please email info@oldstreetrecords.com. Include a detailed description of what you have lost and when. Please note that weekends are incredibly busy, so lost property requests are handled at the start of each week. If you require a quick response, we recommend coming down to the venue in the early evening to ask the staff onsite.

Guest List

If you don’t need a table or we are fully booked, we can add you to our guest list – this gives your group queue jump until 10pm. Please be aware that this does not give your group a reserved space or free entry. This is for a queue jump only. You can request guest list by using the bookings form on our website.

Dress Code

We don’t have a strict dress code at any of our venues, just no flip flops or full sports wear please.

Set times

Set times for live music vary each evening and are shown on our What’s On page.

Musicians

If you would like the opportunity to be added to our roster of regular bands, please email relevant links to IWannaPlay@rocketleisure.com for consideration. Please note, we only have cover bands play at our venues, do not do one-off bookings and regretfully cannot get back to everyone who contacts us.

Accessibility

Unfortunately, our venue is not accessible for wheelchair users.

Covid Passes

When the venue is open past 1am all guests will be required to provide one of the following from 11pm as a condition of entry.

  • Valid NHS App Domestic Covid Pass / Valid Covid Pass via Apple Wallet / PDF version of the NHS Covid Pass / NHS App negative PCR test (within 48 hours) / NHS App negative LFT test (within 48 hours) / NHS App Antibody Test Evidence / Online NHS Covid Pass service / Email confirmation of negative test (within 48 hours) / Text confirmation a negative test (within 48 hours) / Covid Pass Letter for double vaccinated people – digital only / EU Digital Covid Certificate / US CDC Vaccination Card

Venue staff may spot check individuals, groups and reservations before 11pm both on the door and throughout the venue. Physical or photos of negative lateral flow tests will not be accepted.

Reservations

Our reservations line is open Monday – Friday, 10am – 6pm. Booking requests will not be dealt with outside of these times. Please see here for our T&Cs for bookings & private hires.

Door Charges

We are free entry Monday to Thursday. On Fridays it’s £10 after 9pm and on Saturdays it’s £10 after 8pm.

Door charges may also apply for special events including New Year’s Eve.

ID

Our venues operate a strict over 18s policy, so it is highly recommended you bring a valid form of photo ID. Failure to show ID when requested will result in refused entry.

Open Mic Night

Sadly our open mic night isn’t running at the moment but we hope to bring it back soon!

Happy Hour

Our happy hour runs every day from 5pm – 8pm, with 2-4-1 on the same cocktail. The offer includes all cocktails from our menu.

Safe space policy

We are fully committed to providing a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for all our visitors and actively champion equal opportunities and diversity. If another customer is believed to be behaving in such a way as to make others feel uncomfortable, the Duty Manager will investigate with the crowd control team and take appropriate action, removing the person concerned from the venue if necessary. If a member of staff or contractor is believed to be behaving in any way that makes someone feel uncomfortable, the Duty Manager will remove him/her from duty until the matter has been investigated and resolved.
